• A salary in accordance with the collective bargaining agreement for child care, scale 6. Depending on your experience, your salary will be between €2489 and €3421 gross per month based on 36 hours per week.
• 8% vacation pay.

Your Work:

Toddler care ‘t Krekeltje is located in elementary school ‘De Springplank’. In two different group rooms, children ages 2 to 4 are cared for in the morning. Within this location we work with children with a VE indication so that the Uk & Puk teaching method is used. Through these teaching methods, different themes are covered throughout the year. You as a Pedagogical Assistant encourage children’s development in different areas through these learning methods.

Within the work with the children of the group, much use is made of your creativity and working in an imaginative way, as children learn through play. The children are offered activities for development. After all, you are preparing them for elementary school!

The preschool has two different group rooms, ‘t Kevertje and ‘t Krekeltje. These rooms are located in BSO Vrom and Tom. For that reason, you could easily make a combination in which you work in the mornings at ‘t Krekeltje and work in the afternoons at BSO Vrom and Tom.

Do you have this?

• You are a “team player” and enjoy working within a close-knit team.
• You are an engaged, enthusiastic staff member with a love for children ages 2 to 4.
• You have an MBO working and thinking level and hold a diploma as a Pedagogical Assistant.
• As a Pedagogical Assistant, you have a 3F level of Dutch or you are willing to obtain it.
• You have undergone or are willing to undergo UK and PUK training through Child Care Foundation Huizen.
• You have good communication skills both oral and written.
• You have pedagogical knowledge related to the target group worked with within this location.
